Though smaller than the Desire HD, the Gratia still comes with HTC’s Sense range of Android widget. The friend stream is a great feature capable of gathering all of our social networking updates into one widget as well as uniting an email inbox, allowing us to access all of our online correspondence in one place.

The touchscreen is slightly problematic due to it’s size being a tiny 3.2 inches. However, HTC have provided an optical trackpad to allow scrolling through menus with ease. The size, is not what’s important and though it is small, the screen surprised us with its vibrancy. Pinch to zoom is included and due to the page being displayed on most of the screen, visibility is excellent.

There are seven home screens featured on this model and you are able to configure to have a different one for particular functions, such as work, networking, travel and more. The camera is a good size at five megapixels and features auto-focus, and the FM radio is a pleasant addition many manufacturers overlook. The battery is slightly smaller than the one used in the larger Desire model but how often you have to charge it depends on your usage.
