The 600Mhz processor provides you with browsing at an average speed, and it is acceptable for everyday use, but there are other phones that can provide you with a lot more in this department.

As the screen is on the smaller side, the keyboard feels more cramped than we would like when used in landscape mode, so you’re often switching between landscape and portrait modes. In conclusion the Optimus Me is a really average phone in this price range. Though it’s compact, solid and modest in it’s offerings, we weren’t impressed with this offering from LG, especially in light of their other new releases.

It seems that LG didn’t shout this release from the rooftops because there’s not really a lot to say – the phone is a very basic Android. If that’s all you’re after or if you’re new to the world of smartphones, then it’s a good starting point, however those who want a little more for their money would be better off assessing the HTC Wildfire.
