Motorola Gleam Mobile Phone Review - A Fashion Phone with Minimal Features

For the most part, the Motorola Gleam is a sparkly little phone with enough features to make many users happy. Its good looks makes it an ideal party phone, while its minimal features make it straightforward and simple. However, there are those who may find it a bit too minimalistic.

Its two megapixel camera, on the other hand, is quite weak, featuring two megapixels and very few other features. All in all, it's an okay camera for taking silly shots while on the go, but keep your digital camera within easy reach if you want anything meaningful.

Alas, you don't get a terrible amount of features when it comes to staying online. As it is, you get USB, EDGE, Bluetooth, and that's mostly it. However, considering there isn't a lot of social networking apps or widgets available, there isn't really a need for wireless connectivity in the long run. Its keypad makes for simple instant messaging and emails as well.

A definite upside to having minimal features is that this is a phone you can use for days at a time without charging. Its memory is also surprisingly large, with 16GB of external memory available. Considering many budget phones have teeny tiny memory spaces, this is a marvelous find.

Motorola Gleam gets better in every release, newer phones are expensive while a last month's release becomes cheaper. There are various ways to save money and you can get a mobile phone free PS3 if ever you want to buy one.
