Nokia C2-01 Mobile Phone Review

It’s hard to be excited about the Nokia C2-01, but then again it’s not asking you to be. In earnest it is a low budget phone that is as plain as they come. Though you may be confused as to why we remark that this is good, you must remember that sometimes a phone that is just a phone is all you need. But don’t think that the C2-01 isn’t capable of anything more but don’t expect anything in the way of smartphone technology.

The C2-01 is a lightweight and compact phone that amazingly features 3G connectivity, a feature often lacking in budget phones. It fits nicely in your hand, pocket or bag and you can choose from black or silver as your sophisticated colour.

The user interface is very simplistic but very simple to use, with clearly labelled feature options. The screen is a mere two inches and your keypad is alphanumeric and easy to use. You get a built-in FM radio as well as a music player for listening to things on the go.

Surprisingly enough the radio actually comes complete with a radio data system, providing relevant information about music being played or radio updates. All of the messaging services you would expect are available on this handset, including instant messaging with Ovi chat support and SMS, MMS, etc.

When you're after a mobilephone, it's best you check on its best Vodafone free line rental deal so you can get good savings. You can find phone contracts with free gifts easily off the web, you just have to remember your end so you can get the advantages.
